When Will My Order Ship?
At PARKIT, we process orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends). Once an order ships, transit times depend on your location, relative to our CA fulfillment center.
- West Coast: 1β3 business days
- Central States: 3β4 business days
- East Coast: 5β6 business days
Heads up: weather, road conditions, and carrier delays, while rare, can affect delivery timelines.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, weβll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.
I ordered multiple items, will Everything Ship Together?
We ship everything at once when all items in your order are in-stock and ready for immediate fulfillment.
If something in your order is backordered and awaiting replenishment, weβll send the available items to you first so you can start enjoying your gear ASAP. The rest will ship once it's been received at our fulfillment center and shipped out immediately upon arrival.
How do I edit or cancel my order?
If you havenβt received tracking for your order, you can:

Can I Update My Shipping Address?

Can I drop by and pick-up my order?
We donβt have a physical store to accommodate pick-ups. However, if youβre concerned about shipping timelines, please let us know and weβll see what we can do.
What Carriers Do You Use?
- FedEx Ground β For all chair shipments.
- USPS Priority Mail β For smaller items and accessories.
Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?
We currently donβt offer expedited shipping; air freight costs are often higher than the chair itself (no joke!). Weβre always exploring better options and evaluating freight partners.
