When Will My Order Ship?
At PARKIT, we process orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends). Once an order ships, transit times depend on your location, relative to our CA fulfillment center.
- West Coast: 1–3 business days
- Central States: 3–4 business days
- East Coast: 5–6 business days
Heads up: weather, road conditions, and carrier delays, while rare, can affect delivery timelines.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.
I ordered multiple items, will Everything Ship Together?
We ship everything at once when all items in your order are in-stock and ready for immediate fulfillment.
If something in your order is backordered and awaiting replenishment, we’ll send the available items to you first so you can start enjoying your gear ASAP. The rest will ship once it's been received at our fulfillment center and shipped out immediately upon arrival.
How do I edit or cancel my order?
If you haven’t received tracking for your order, you can:
- Email us directly at contact@parkitmovement.com so we can update it for you on our end
Note: Once the label is printed, and tracking has been established, we can no longer make changes to the order.
Can I Update My Shipping Address?
If you haven’t received any tracking details yet, you can quickly and easily change your address.

Can I drop by and pick-up my order?
We don’t have a physical store to accommodate pick-ups. However, if you’re concerned about shipping timelines, please let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
What Carriers Do You Use?
- FedEx Ground – For all chair shipments.
- USPS Priority Mail – For smaller items and accessories.
Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?
We currently don’t offer expedited shipping; air freight costs are often higher than the chair itself (no joke!). We’re always exploring better options and evaluating freight partners.
What If My Order Is Damaged?
Shoot us an email at contact@parkitmovement.com with a quick photo of the issue. We’ll check it out and guide you through the next steps. Our team is available Mon - Fri during normal business hours.

What’s Your Return Policy?

Return/Exchanges Fee
We do our best to keep returns and exchanges easy and affordable. Here’s what to expect:
Return Shipping Fee
- $29.50 for 1 unit
- $19.50 per unit for multiple units
Exchange Shipping Fee
- $55 per unit
*This covers both the return of your original item and the shipment of your new one. Once we receive the original unit back at our warehouse, we’ll send the replacement your way.
How Do I Start a Return or Exchange?
If you're eligible based on our return/exchange policy, just email contact@parkitmovement.com to get started. Here’s how it works:
- We’ll email you an invoice for the return shipping label.
- Once it’s paid, we’ll send you the label.
- Lastly, drop off the product(s) at any FedEx location, and they’ll handle the rest.
I Received the Wrong Item, What Now?
Oops! If you received something different than what you ordered, send us an email at contact@parkitmovement.com with a quick photo of the item you got. We’ll sort it out and get the right gear headed your way.
When Can I Expect My Refund?
As soon as your return is received and processed at our warehouse, we’ll issue your refund. Timing can vary depending on your bank, but it usually shows up within 2 - 5 business days on your original payment method.

We do our best to respond within 24–48 hours (Monday through Friday). We’re a small team and closed on weekends, but we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.

We reply to messages in the order they come in, so if you send a follow-up before we respond, it bumps your email to the bottom of the queue as if it’s brand new. Every PARKIT chair is built for adventure, designed to deliver comfort and durability wherever the day takes you. Here’s what comes with each model:
- The Voyager - The classic setup: chair frame, built-in cooler, cupholder, and carry straps.
- The Eclipse Recliner - Everything the Voyager has plus a headrest and a reclining system built for next-level comfort.
Voyager vs. Eclipse Recliner
We’ve got two ways to kick back:
- Voyager - Our original, non-reclining model. Durable, reliable, and made for all kinds of outdoor hangs.
- Eclipse Recliner - Our first reclining design with a 3-position track system that all operates from the push of a button. Perfect for sitting upright around the fire or lying back under the sun, it’s built to let you chill your way.

- Industrial Framing: A6000 aircraft-grade aluminum (lightweight + strong) and 304 stainless steel (resists rust + corrosion).
- Woven Polyester Webbing: Soft, strong, and stays cool to the touch, even in dark colors or direct sunlight.
- Faux Teak Armrests: Stylish and durable, designed to bring a touch of warmth to your setup.
Cleaning & Storage Tips
Keep your PARKIT chair ready for every adventure:
- Light freshwater rinse after salty or sandy trips
- Mild soap + soft cloth for gentle cleaning

Where We Build
PARKIT chairs are designed and engineered in the USA by our team, then manufactured in China and Vietnam with trusted partners who match our quality standards.
We know many people ask if our chairs are made in the USA, and we ask ourselves the same. While domestic manufacturing hasn’t yet been possible at the scale and price point that works for our customers, it remains on our radar for the future. What Does the PARKIT Warranty Cover?
From the day your chair lands at your door, you’re covered for 24 months against defects in materials and workmanship. If something fails during normal, everyday use, we’ll repair it or send a replacement/parts. If your original style of chair is no longer available, we’ll issue credit for the item’s value. We want you to love your PARKIT experience, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.

To keep it clear and fair, our warranty doesn’t include:
- Normal wear & tear (scuffs, blemishes, cosmetic dings)
- Impact, theft, or loss
- Misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized mods/repairs
- Work not performed by PARKIT
- Any condition not caused by a material/workmanship defect
Important: Use your chair as intended; misuse may void your warranty.
