SHIPPING, DELIVERY, & RETURNS 

Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, which will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect products once they have been shipped. Orders of the Voyager chair are expected to ship within 1-2 business days if your order contains an in-stock style. Once shipped, orders often take 3-6 business days to arrive. FedEx handles all shipments. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, which can be tracked via FedEx.

Please note, if your order contains a "pre-order" style, your order will ship as soon as new inventory from our factory arrives at our warehouse. If you have questions about your "pre-order", please contact us via email at contact@parkitmovement.com.

Where We Ship
We  currently ship to all U.S. addresses except for Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. Territories and PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. No international shipping is available at the moment, but please check back as we plan to add that in the future.

Transit Time
Standard transit time for packages in the contiguous United States will be 3-5 business days after the shipment departs from our California facilities.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on how many units of the Voyager chair a customer orders. Accessory shipping is a flat rate fee. If you want to order internationally or in Alaska & Hawaii, please contact our customer service team so we can align your order with the proper shipping cost.


RETURN/CANCELATION POLICY & PROCESS

Orders on our website, www.parkitmovement.com, can be changed or canceled until the product ships. Once your order ships, changes can not be made. Items can be returned up to 30 days after the recorded shipment date. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you will be refunded the full postage cost; otherwise, customers are responsible for shipping fees. The same applies to exchanges for different colors; customers looking to exchange their item for a different item are responsible for return shipping fees & the outgoing shipping fees of the exchanged unit(s). Contact our customer care team at contact@parkitmovement.com with your name, the product(s) you’d like to return/exchange, your order number, and the reason for the return/exchange. Our team will provide you with further information. Upon receipt of the item(s), we will fully examine it (them) and notify you via email within a reasonable period. If approved and meeting the criteria for a return, we will refund your purchase price, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. (Shipping and handling charges + Shipping Protection services are not refundable.) Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

PLEASE NOTE, RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF THE PRODUCT IS UNUSED AND IN NEW CONDITION WITH ALL COMPONENTS OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING STILL IN PLACE. OTHERWISE, THE RETURN CAN BE VOIDED.
