A NOTE FROM THE PARKIT TEAM
While we continue to navigate and respond to current events, we are committed to making the safety of our employees and community of customers a top priority. As we fulfill orders and process returns at our warehouse, increased safety precautions are being taken at every step, and we are doing everything we can to get your orders shipped in accordance with our regular schedule.
SHIPPING DELIVERY & RETURNS
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, which will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect products once they have been shipped. Pre-Orders of the Voyager chair are expected to ship in Q2 of 2021 and can take up to 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. Territories, and PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. No international shipping at the moment, but please check back as we plan to add that in the future.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on how many units of the Voyager chair a customer orders. Shipping is currently free for orders placed in the U.S.A. If you're looking to order internationally, please contact our customer service team so we can align your order with the proper shipping cost.
RETURN/CANCELATION POLICY & PROCESS
Pre-Orders made on our website, www.parkitmovement.com, can be canceled at any time up until the moment the product ships. Once your Pre-Ordered Voyager chair ships, items can be returned up to 30 days after the recorded shipment date. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you will be refunded the full postage cost, otherwise, customers are responsible for shipping fees. The same applies to exchanges for different colors, customers who are looking to exchange their item for a different item are responsible for return shipping fees & outgoing shipping fees of the exchanged unit. Simply reach out to our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, the product(s) you’d like to return/exchange, your order number, and the reason for the return/exchange, and you will receive further information. Please send the item(s) with the return form (packing slip) in the original shipping box. Upon receipt of item(s), we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time. We will refund your purchase price and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. (Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.) Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
