At PARKIT, we process orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends). Once an order ships, transit times depend on your location, relative to our CA fulfillment center.
Heads up: weather, road conditions, and carrier delays, while rare, can affect delivery timelines.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.
We ship everything at once when all items in your order are in-stock and ready for immediate fulfillment.
If something in your order is backordered and awaiting replenishment, we’ll send the available items to you first so you can start enjoying your gear ASAP. The rest will ship once it's been received at our fulfillment center and shipped out immediately upon arrival.

We don’t have a physical store to accommodate pick-ups. However, if you’re concerned about shipping timelines, please let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
We currently don’t offer expedited shipping; air freight costs are often higher than the chair itself (no joke!). We’re always exploring better options and evaluating freight partners.

As soon as your return is received and processed at our warehouse, we’ll issue your refund. Timing can vary depending on your bank, but it usually shows up within 2 - 5 business days on your original payment method.

PARKIT chairs are designed and engineered in the USA by our team, then manufactured in China and Vietnam with trusted partners who match our quality standards.
We know many people ask if our chairs are made in the USA, and we ask ourselves the same. While domestic manufacturing hasn’t yet been possible at the scale and price point that works for our customers, it remains on our radar for the future. If you're interested in helping us near-shore our production in North America, reach out! We're excited to explore those opportunities.

From the day your chair lands at your door, you’re covered for 24 months against defects in materials and workmanship. If something fails during normal, everyday use, we’ll repair it or send a replacement/parts. If your original style of chair is no longer available, we’ll issue credit for the item’s value. We want you to love your PARKIT experience, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.
