We hope your 2021 is off to a great start & that you are looking forward to a year filled with plenty of exploration and excitement.

Over this past year, together, we have all experienced the impacts of COVID-19 in many different ways. Unfortunately, PARKIT is not an exception to this. 

In the launch of our Kickstarter campaign, we had originally promised a Q1 2021 delivery date for all Kickstarter, Indiegogo & direct website customers. Despite our relentless efforts and diligence to meet our initial timelines, delivery dates will be slightly delayed. We are firm believers in transparency and wanted to share with you some of the impacts COVID-19 has had on our production and delivery process.

The pandemic has caused many manufacturers & suppliers to close their businesses and overseas shipping ports have fallen behind due to a reduction in available ships, shipping containers, and other variables that have been utilized to help in the global effort to battle the virus thus having an effect on international trade. This created new challenges as we sourced the partners for production & distribution.

The good news, this hasn’t stopped PARKIT. Yes, it has slowed us down a little bit but, the silver lining for our business and our supporters is that the global impacts of COVID-19 have allowed us more time to test and refine our products to ensure we deliver you the best outdoor chair on the market. 

Voyager has passed through a series of drop tests, salt exposure tests, weight tests, sun damage tests, and more… We so excited to get these chairs to the market we can hardly contain it. You can expect to begin exploring with your Voyager in May of 2021.

Your support, understanding, and patience is beyond appreciated. Our community of explorers is the backbone of this company.
